Service Design Educator, Consultant & keynote speaker

better services start with understanding people

I help civil servants, leaders and teams turn complex challenges into services and policies that work for the people using them.

Through my work, I bring together service design, inclusive leadership and policy thinking. My approach connects theory with practice, draws on experience across countries and cultures, and makes room for the people whose perspectives are too often missed.

Whether we’re working through a live project or questioning familiar assumptions, the aim is the same:

to make better decisions and put them into practice.

what happens when policy meets real life?

A policy can look sensible on paper and still create barriers in practice.

I help organisations explore that gap. Who was involved in shaping the policy? What assumptions does it make? How does it affect people with different needs, backgrounds and circumstances?

Bringing together my background in sociology, international relations and service design, I support teams to examine the wider context, listen to lived experience and develop practical changes with the people affected.

For anyone ready to turn good intentions into everyday practice.
